March 12, 2010. I started using Indigo Naturalis Powder with Udderly Smooth Udder Cream Skin Moisturizer. i've been using it for the last few days only when i go to bed for my psoriasis. just in the few days its dramatically cleared the plaque and has cleared the redness 75%. i apply it to my psoriasis and then wrap it with saran wrap. then when i wake up i wipe it off with a old rag. this is helping my mood didn't have to wear my long sleeve shirt today for the first time in a while. i will continue to do this and add to this later. oh yea the mix is 6 grams of Indigo naturalis to 1 ounce of Udderly Smooth Udder Cream Skin Moisturizer. i used a silicon spatula to mix it. i had finished of 1 container so i used that to mix these together./////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Update March 18, 2010: I now have already quit using this on my arms. the spots of psoriasis on my arms are gone. they are whiter than the rest of my skin so now i need to tan. I've only tried my arms because their easier to wrap. i also had to cut the Indigo Naturalis Powder [Qing Dai] in half, because the mixture was getting to dry. so I'm using 3 grams of Indigo naturalis to 1 ounce of Udderly Smooth Udder Cream Skin Moisturizer.

Update May 12, 2011: So this is still working great I went back to 6grams of indigo naturalis to 1 ounce of the moisturiser. but only make as much as need for each night. It seems to work best when 1st mixed.
