Xiao Yao Wan is a Chinese medicine formula that has existed and extensively and safely usedover the past 1000 years. It is popularly known in providing calmness and tranquility to the whole body.

Ingredients: Poria; Radix Bupleuri, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelicae Sinensis; Herba Menthae; Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae; Radix Glycyrrhizae; Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens.

Usage and Dosage: 200 pills each box 8 pills each time 3 times per day (or 12 pills each time twice daily) as a herbal supplement.
