I read up about Motherwort on the internet so was keen to try this. I suffer with PMS quite badly, especially with mood swings and irritability. I took the first 3 tablets in the morning at 8am, and by about 9.30 my mood had eased so much that my 5 year old creating a huge mess with sand didn't make me snap once!
