Knowledge to store Goji berries: Goji berries has very high antioxidant concentration, which plays important role in our body to combat disease and clear free radicals. The antioxidant can be oxidised by air quickly in weeks. Therefore the dried berries need to be stored de-aerated and it can last for upto 2 years without significant losing its antioxidant and other nuitritions. The red berries will turn dark even brown in 2-3 months if exposed to the air.
